Understanding the Customer's Personal
Communication Needs
This course is aimed at understanding how customers communicate
and convey their personal communication needs when purchasing
products and services. Customers have both service needs and
personal communication style needs. If one understands how to
determine the customer’s personal communication needs, it
most likely that you will understand their “language” and make the
contact that leads to effective sales and customer relationships.
In this course you will learn to detect different communications
styles and develop effective and reliable strategies to meet
customers’ personal-approach needs.
