This course will help you thoroughly explore the nature of stress, its sources and dynamics in various interpersonal, work, and social contexts. You will learn how stress is experienced based on individualised and unique personality styles. You will develop personal insights into creative strategies of stress management, which you can then apply in a variety of contexts, and build individual resilience in the face of challenges.
