This course focuses on understanding change and transitional processes with the express purpose of developing growth strategies. You will identify and learn about 'points of transition' and the process of change from endings to new beginnings, exploring and understanding in terms of personal coping and behavioural styles. Specific attention is given to the management of stress, confusion and conflict to enable you to develop positive self-management skills.
