This course addresses the fundamentals of modes of communication. It provides a developmental perspective of how communication has evolved verbally and non verbally and provides insights into the changes and challenges that current communication needs present us with. The different generational communication styles are understood and strategies are provided how to bridge the different values and styles of communicationis.
