John is a Registered Psychologist of over twenty five years experience, specialising in individual and organisational development. He has developed and presented customised courses on team development, self development, stress and change management. He is a specialist on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has served as a member on the board of the New Zealand Association of Psychological Type. He is also accredited to use the Belbin Team Roles and Emotional Intelligence to assist personal and interpersonal insights into team functioning.
